第5弾：「Pelagia（ペラギア）」
シリーズ第５作目は、リゾートのような洋上建築をイメージした「Pelagia（ペラギア）」です。 昼は明るい陽光が差し込み、夜は煌びやかにライトアップされる、常夏のリゾートハウスをあなたのホームワールドにしませんか。 本作はTheseusProject初の屋外付きワールドアセットです。 太陽と月の明かりをディレクショナルライトからベイクする前提で、窓や壁など、屋内と屋外を分けつつVRChatでの使いやすさを重視した作りにしています。 パッケージにはライトベイク、メッシュ統合をしたサンプルシーンを収録してあり、そのまま使用することができます。 サンプルシーンを使用する場合はプロジェクトタブからシーンファイルをダブルクリックで開いてください。 サンプルシーンは以下の構成になっています。 【屋外空間】 昼は明るい太陽光がいっぱいに降り注ぎ、夜はライトアップがプールと観葉植物を照らします。 デフォルトのリスポーン位置は人がどこに集まっているのかが分かりつつ、各部屋からは直接見えない位置に設定しています。 【１Ｆ】 屋外からドアレスの廊下を通った先にソファとテレビを配置したリビング、廊下のドアの先はゲストルームとなっています。 リビングは昼は太陽光が夜は月明かりが適度差し込むVRChatterにとってすごしやすい空間です。 【２Ｆ】 建物左手の屋外階段が２Ｆへと続いています。 ２Ｆはバルコニーと主寝室があります。 サンプルシーンでは主寝室は昼もライトは控えめで、外は明るく室内は暗い、お昼寝に最適な空間になっています。 主寝室の手前の通路にはカーテンで仕切られた部屋があります。こちらは昼夜共に電球でライトアップされた、隠れ家のような空間です。 【屋上】 ２Ｆの隠し部屋の前を通り過ぎると、屋上への階段があります。 屋上にはグリーンウォールに囲まれたバルコニーと広々とした広場とプールがあります。 昼はポカポカ明るい屋上、夜はライトアップされた落ち着く空間でのんびりとした時間をお過ごしください。 各部屋はPrefab化されており個別に使用可能です。 また、サンプルシーンで使用している小物をPartsPrefab、それ以外の床や天井などの増改築用パーツをOptionPrefabとして収録しており、改変がしやすいアセットを目指して制作しました。

アセット概要
１．増改築用のOptionPrefab（床、壁、天井など）は個別にPrefab化されています。パーツの切れ目は適宜コネクションパーツで隠してください。 ２．ほとんどのパーツはUV1・UV2を一定密度で展開してあります。PBRマテリアルを使用して、壁紙や床材の変更が可能です。 ３．サンプルシーンとPrefabには Filamented Standard シェーダーを使用しています。そのまま使う場合は、あらかじめシェーダーをインポートをしてください。 https://booth.pm/ja/items/3250389

Introducing
World Building, Just Like Avatar Customization Theseus Project is a world asset series that allows flexible modification through interchangeable parts. Just like changing an avatar's base model, you can swap out floors, walls, ceilings, and more to create your own unique space.
Vol.5: Pelagia
The fifth entry in the series is Pelagia, inspired by a resort-style overwater architecture. Would you like to make a tropical resort house—brightly lit by sunlight during the day and beautifully illuminated at night—your home world? This is the first Theseus Project world asset to feature outdoor spaces. Designed with the assumption that sunlight and moonlight are baked from directional lights, the world carefully separates indoor and outdoor areas while prioritizing ease of use within VRChat. The package includes a sample scene with baked lighting and merged meshes, ready to use out of the box. To use the sample scene, open the scene file by double-clicking it from the Project tab. The sample scene consists of the following areas: [Outdoor Area] During the day, the space is filled with bright sunlight, while at night, lighting illuminates the pool and tropical plants. The default respawn point is placed so you can see where people are gathering, while remaining out of direct view from each room. [1st Floor] Passing through a doorless hallway from the outdoor area leads to a living room furnished with a sofa and TV. Beyond the hallway doors are guest rooms. The living room is a comfortable space for VRChat users, with gentle sunlight during the day and soft moonlight at night. [2nd Floor] An outdoor staircase on the left side of the building leads to the second floor. The second floor features a balcony and the master bedroom. In the sample scene, the master bedroom uses minimal lighting even during the day, creating a calm, dim interior contrasted with the bright outdoors—perfect for taking a nap. In the hallway before the master bedroom, there is a curtained room. This space is softly lit by bulbs both day and night, offering a cozy, hideaway-like atmosphere. [Rooftop] Passing in front of the hidden room on the second floor leads to a staircase up to the rooftop. The rooftop features a balcony surrounded by green walls, along with a spacious open area and a pool. Enjoy relaxing moments in a warm, sunlit rooftop during the day, or unwind in a softly illuminated, calming space at night. Each room is provided as a prefab and can be used individually. Small props used in the sample scene are included as Parts Prefabs, while floors, ceilings, and other expansion or renovation components are provided as Option Prefabs. This asset was designed with ease of customization and modification in mind.
A Base Model for Your World
Pelagia is not a finished world. It is a “world base model” designed to evolve with your imagination. Use it as an event venue. Use it as a base for your home world. Use the parts for your own custom world creation. Structure and usage are all up to you. We hope you’ll build your world with your own hands.
Asset Details
1. Option Prefabs for expansion and renovation (floors, walls, ceilings, etc.) are provided as individual Prefabs. Please use connection parts as needed to conceal seams between modules. 2. Most parts have UV1 and UV2 unwrapped at a consistent texel density. By using PBR materials, you can freely change wallpapers and floor materials. 3. 제5탄: 「Pelagia(펠라기아)」
시리즈 다섯 번째 작품은 리조트 같은 해상 건축물을 이미지화한 「Pelagia(펠라기아)」입니다. 낮에는 밝은 햇빛이 가득 비추고, 밤에는 화려하게 라이트업되는 상시 여름 같은 리조트 하우스를 당신의 홈 월드로 만들어 보시지 않겠습니까? 이번 작품은 TheseusProject 최초로 실외 공간이 포함된 월드 에셋입니다. 태양과 달의 빛을 Directional Light로 베이크(Bake)하는 것을 전제로, 창문과 벽 등으로 실내와 실외를 구분하면서 VRChat에서의 사용 편의성을 중시하여 제작했습니다. 패키지에는 라이트 베이크, 메쉬 통합이 완료된 샘플 씬이 수록되어 있어 바로 사용할 수 있습니다. 샘플 씬을 사용할 경우 프로젝트 탭에서 씬 파일을 더블 클릭하여 열어주세요. 샘플 씬의 구성은 다음과 같습니다. [실외 공간] 낮에는 밝은 태양광이 가득 쏟아지고, 밤에는 조명이 수영장과 관엽식물을 비춥니다. 기본 리스폰 위치는 사람들이 어디에 모여 있는지 알 수 있으면서도, 각 방에서는 직접 보이지 않는 위치로 설정했습니다. [1층] 실외에서 문이 없는 복도를 지나면 소파와 TV가 배치된 거실이 나오고, 복도 문 너머는 게스트 룸이 위치해 입니다. 거실은 낮에는 햇살이, 밤에는 달빛이 은은하게 비쳐 VRChat 유저가 지내기 좋은 공간입니다. [2층] 건물 왼쪽에 위치한 야외 계단을 통해 2층으로 올라갈 수 있습니다. 2층에는 발코니와 메인 침실이 있습니다. 샘플 씬의 메인 침실은 낮에도 조명을 최소화하여, 외부는 밝고 실내는 어두운 낮잠에 최적화된 공간으로 연출되어 있습니다. 메인 침실로 향하는 복도에는 커튼으로 구분된 방이 하나 더 있습니다. 이 공간은 낮과 밤 모두 전구 조명으로 밝혀진, 아지트 같은 분위기의 공간입니다. [옥상] 2층의 숨겨진 방 앞을 지나면 옥상으로 올라가는 계단이 있습니다. 옥상에는 그린 월로 둘러싸인 발코니와 넓은 광장, 그리고 수영장이 마련되어 있습니다. 낮에는 따뜻하고 밝은 옥상에서, 밤에는 라이트업된 차분한 공간에서 여유로운 시간을 보내보세요. 각 방은 개별 Prefab으로 제공되며, 독립적으로 사용 가능합니다. 샘플 씬에서 사용된 소품들은 Parts Prefab, 그 외 바닥·천장 등 증축 및 개조용 파츠는 Option Prefab으로 수록되어 있습니다. 본 에셋은 커스터마이즈와 개변이 용이하도록 설계되었습니다.

에셋 개요
