- VRoid model not included. Personal & commercial avatar use permitted; raw texture/asset files may not be resold or redistributed. - ✓ Permitted. Personal and commercial use on VRoid / VRM avatars: VTubing, live streaming, video, illustration, social media, game development, and client avatar work. You may modify and recolor the files for your own avatars. ✗ Not permitted. Redistributing, reselling, sharing, or bundling the raw texture / asset files as standalone downloads; claiming authorship of the assets; using them in datasets for AI / machine-learning training; or using them in hateful, illegal, or harassing content. Avatar distribution. If you sell or give away an avatar that uses these assets, the textures must be baked / merged into the model and not extractable as separate source files. Credit. Not required but appreciated — “Primordial Haus” or @PrimordialHaus. Other. Digital goods — no refunds once downloaded (BOOTH standard). Provided “as is” with no warranty. Purchase or download constitutes agreement to these terms.
