Unpack the "Seth Hair" package in Unity, and drag the 'Seth Hair' prefab to your avatar's head in the hierarchy. Use the move, scale and rotate functions within Unity to fit the hair perfectly to your particular head, everything else is set up. Pick the texture you want from within the material on the hair, the materials are in the 'Textures by WETCAT' folder within the 'Seth Hair' folder.
