こちらの規約は今まで商品と同梱していたtxtファイルに記載していた内容をまとめたものです。 手元に残しておきたい方向けにtxtファイルもダウンロードできるようになっています。 2024年6月以降はこちらの規約を確認した上でご利用をお願いいたします。 性的表現、暴力表現、商用利用の可否は商品によって異なります。 それぞれの商品ページの概要欄やライセンス(VRMアバターの場合)からご確認ください。 These terms and conditions are a compilation of the information that was previously included in the txt file that was bundled with the product. The txt file is also available for download for those who wish to keep it at hand. After June 2024, please use the products only after confirming the terms and conditions here. Sexual expression, violent expression, and commercial use are permitted or prohibited depending on the product. Please refer to the summary section of each product page or the license (for VRM avatars).
利用規約
・ファイルを購入、ダウンロードした時点で利用規約に同意したものとみなします。 ・商品データを利用したことにより生じた問題や損害に対して、当方は一切責任を負いません。 ・商品データは予告なく配布、販売を停止する可能性があります。 ・日本語と英語で利用規約の文章に差異が生じた場合、日本語の規約を優先します。 ・当利用規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。 許可事項 ・改造、改変 データ形式の変更も可能です。 ・3Dアバターを使用できるサービスでの利用 モデルをアップロードする必要がある場合は、本人のみ利用可能な設定でアップロードして下さい。 ・VRSNSのワールド制作、動画制作、ゲーム制作等での利用 第三者がデータを抜き出せないようにして下さい。 禁止事項 ・商品データおよび改変データの再配布、販売 ・商品データおよび改変データを購入者以外がダウンロードできる状態にする行為 VRoidHubで利用可、ダウンロード可の設定にする事、VRChat内でアバターペデスタルやクローンを利用した再配布等を含みます。 ・商品データおよび改変データのNFTでの利用 ・商品データおよび改変データのAI学習、生成 ・自作発言 ・政治的、宗教的な目的での利用 ・他者を誹謗中傷する目的での利用 その他 ・著作権は放棄していません。 ・クレジット表記は任意です。 していただける場合は商品名かBOOTHのショップURL(https://tasogare-dou.booth.pm/)の記載をお願いします。 ・使用報告は任意です。 SNSに投稿する際は #幻創黄昏堂 のタグをつけていただけると嬉しいです。 ・問い合わせは原則日本語で対応します。
