日本語版利用規約
・日本語と他言語で差異があった場合、日本語の表記が優先されます ・再配布や再販売はNG（改変後データを含みます） ・個人の商用利用OK（個人VTuberの収益配信・動画収益化・サムネ使用など含みます） ・法人の配信・出版利用OK（事後報告でも構いませんが、ご一報ください） ・法人のその他商用利用は個別にお問い合わせください ・報告・表記不要ですが、クレジットがあると嬉しいです ・改変OK ・R-18 / R-18G 利用OK ・VRChat以外への使用OK（各プラットフォームの規約に従ってください） ・当アセットを元にした二次創作OK ・政治活動・宗教活動NG ・特定の宗教に関する勧誘・布教・物品販売や寄進の募集NG ・特定の思想を流布するプロパガンダ・広告利用NG ・公序良俗に反する行為への利用NG ・明記していない部分は、使用するアバターやプラットフォームの利用規約に従ってください ・本利用規約の準拠法は日本法とし、日本法によってのみ解釈されます ・利用規約は改定される場合があります。変更後の規約は変更日以降の利用に適用されます。合理的な範囲で当ショップの発信する情報をご確認ください。 ご不明な点はBOOTHのメッセージよりお問い合わせください。

If there are any discrepancies between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version takes precedence. Redistribution or resale is not allowed (including modified data). Personal commercial use is allowed (including monetized streaming, video monetization, and use in thumbnails for individual VTubers). Use for propaganda or advertising that spreads specific ideologies is not allowed. Use that violates public order or morality is not allowed.
