When adding the Liltoon shadow you must add a material to your hair mesh then drag and drop the shadow into the slot. If it is not showing up you might need to duplicate the mesh and add only the shadow then remove all materials from the duplicate mesh. This problem depends on how the model was made. !!TRANSPARENT MATERIALS!! Transparent materials may have issues with the shadow as it shows through. It is recommended to not use transparency.
