This is the first chapter of the novel adaptation of my original game, Brutal Complex. Approx. 10,752 words. The story is planned to conclude in Chapter Three. When Chapter Three is released, all three chapters will be published together in one complete edition. This novel follows one of the endings from the game. Story Nana Koizumi, Fumika Sato, and Neru Takahashi spend their quiet days at a secret hideout by the riverside. Sato sketches. Neru plays music. Their time together drifts gently, carried by the wind and the sound of flowing water. Nana believes that as long as the three of them are together, they’ll be all right—even if she feels uneasy.
