隕石が降ってきているようなアイテクスチャです。PNG画像のみの崩壊50%バージョンと、PSD付きでパーツごとに調整が可能な崩壊100%バージョンの2種類を用意しています。 現在はヘルベチカのみ対応しています。 データ内容 崩壊50% アイテクスチャ10種(カラーバリエーション)、隕石、着弾点、瞳孔付近の発光マスク(PNG画像) 崩壊100% 隕石、着弾点、瞳孔の輪郭の4レイヤーのあるPSD画像が付属します。PSDは別途崩壊50%から保存してください。 一部カラーバリエーションによっては別途加筆している物があります。そちらはその分レイヤーが増えています(青の場合は下の白い散らばりや波の部分など) 基本手描きで作成しているため、一部のテクスチャが左右非対称でない場合があります。 また、シェイプキーによりかなり歪みます。 不具合に関してはできる限りで修正の対応をしますが、技術力の観点から対応ができない場合がございます。以上予めご了承をお願いします。 本ページで購入できるのはMeteor 🜸アイテクスチャのみです。アバターや着用している衣装、髪型、アクセサリーなどのテクスチャ以外の物は付属しません。 対応アバター “ヘルベチカ”KUYUYU/電脳屋様
利用規約/Terms of Use
本データの著作権は当ショップ管理者(もるもる)が有します(以下権利者)。本モデルを購入した時点で本利用規約に同意したものとします。 下記は本データのみの利用規約です。 本データで許可している事項でも、他の着用物で禁止されている場合はそちらを優先してください。 ・本データを利用したアバターのVTuber活動や配信活動は、営利、非営利問わず自由です。 ・グッズ類など、実際の物として残るコンテンツへの利用は都度問い合わせをお願いします。 ・テクスチャの改変は自由ですが、トレースやイラストにそのまま貼り付ける行為、AIに読み込ませる行為の禁止 ・配布データをAI学習データとして使用する行為を禁止 ・本商品を使用した画像/動画を学習データとし、類似モデル・アクセサリー・素材等を生成/販売/配布する行為の禁止 ※SNSへの画像の投稿は自由です。アプリ側にAI学習が標準搭載されているコンテンツへの利用の制限ではなく、「学習させて類似したものを出力させる」ことが目的となっているコンテンツへの利用、本データを学習して出力された物の利用を制限します。 ・データの商用利用ないし二次配布の禁止 ・自作発言(作者と偽る行為)の禁止 ・宗教、政治活動への利用、法令に抵触する物事への利用を禁止 ・当テクスチャを使用した際に発生したトラブルや損失に対して、一切の責任を負いません。 ・ダウンロード商品の性質上、返品・返金は一切行いません。 許諾期間および許諾の変更等 許諾期間は利用者となった日から開始され、権利者によって利用の終了が指示されるまでとします。 また、権利者から別途指示がある場合、当該指示は他の定めに優先するものとし、ユーザーはこれに従うか、または利用を終了しなければなりません。 指示には本利用規約に関する条件の、追加、変更もしくは削除、または利用の中止が含まれます。 権利者が、権利者の管理するウェブサイトやブログ等に指示を掲示し、合理的な方法で周知した場合も同様とします。従って、ユーザーは、合理的な範囲内で定期的に権利者の発信する情報を確認しなければなりません。 上記を必ず一読された上でのご購入検討をお願い致します。 日本語以外の対応は致しかねますのでご了承ください。 英語版の利用規約に日本語版との齟齬があった場合日本語版を優先します。 利用規約やデータ内容に不明点がある場合、ショップメッセージからご連絡ください。 The copyright of this data belongs to the administrator of this shop (Morumoru) (hereinafter referred to as the “Rights Holder”). By purchasing this model, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use. The following Terms of Use apply only to this data. Even if certain actions are permitted under these Terms, if they are prohibited by the terms of other attached assets or accessories, those terms shall take precedence. - VTuber activities, streaming, and other content creation activities using avatars with this data are permitted for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. - Please contact the Rights Holder in advance for any use involving physical merchandise or other content that remains as a tangible product. - Modification of textures is permitted; however, tracing, directly pasting them onto illustrations, or using them as input for AI systems is prohibited. - The use of distributed data as AI training data is prohibited. - The use of images/videos created with this product as AI training data for the purpose of generating, selling, or distributing similar models, accessories, materials, or related assets is prohibited. Posting images on social media is permitted. These restrictions are not intended to prohibit the use of platforms or applications that include AI learning features by default, but rather to prohibit the intentional training of AI to generate similar outputs using this data, as well as the use of outputs generated from such training. - Commercial redistribution or secondary distribution of the data is prohibited. - Claiming authorship of the data or falsely representing oneself as the creator is prohibited. - Use for religious activities, political activities, or any activities that violate laws or regulations is prohibited. - The Rights Holder assumes no responsibility for any troubles, damages, or losses arising from the use of this texture. - Due to the nature of downloadable products, refunds and returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. License Period and Changes to Permissions The license period shall begin on the date the user becomes a user of the data and shall continue until the Rights Holder instructs the termination of use. If the Rights Holder separately provides instructions, such instructions shall take precedence over other provisions, and the user must either comply with them or discontinue use of the data. Such instructions may include additions, modifications, or deletions to the conditions of these Terms of Use, or suspension of use. The same shall apply if the Rights Holder posts such instructions on websites, blogs, or other media managed by the Rights Holder and provides reasonable notice thereof. Accordingly, users are required to periodically check information provided by the Rights Holder within a reasonable scope. Please be sure to read and understand the above before considering your purchase. Please note that support is available only in Japanese. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Japanese version of these Terms of Use, the Japanese version shall take precedence.
