在庫・補充判断 Excelテンプレート v0.1.0 実棚在庫・予約数・入荷予定数から、発注点と補充候補を確認する1枚の手入力テンプレート。小規模な店舗・制作チームの備品や商品の補充検討に。 収録：英語表記XLSX1点、Stock reorderシート1枚、空欄100行、日英ガイド、架空例・空欄の実物画像、変更履歴、既存シリーズ利用条件。 設定：Team / store（チーム・店舗名）、Review date（確認日）、Max age（棚卸しを有効と扱う最大経過日数、初期14日）を入力。確認日は手動更新です。 入力：1行1SKU。琥珀色A:KへSKU、Item、Count date、On hand、Reserved、On order、Daily use、Lead days、Safety qty、Review days、Pack qtyを入力。L:Qは数式で上書きしません。SKUは文字列で一意。大文字小文字を同一視し、*・?・~は文字そのものとして比較。空白だけ・数値型・重複SKUを検出します。文字列内の空白は区別するため表記を統一してください。 On hand・Reserved・On order・Safety qtyは0〜1000000の整数。空欄は未入力で、数量0とは区別します。Daily useは0〜1000000の小数可。Lead daysは0〜3650、Review daysは1〜3650、Pack qtyは1〜1000000の整数。Count dateは確認日以前の有効なExcel日付。Max ageは0〜3650日。初期14日は仮の管理設定で、自社の業務に合わせて変更します。 計算：Stock position＝On hand−Reserved＋On order。Reorder point＝Daily use×Lead days＋Safety qty（整数へ切り上げ）。Target stock＝Daily use×（Lead days＋Review days）＋Safety qty（整数へ切り上げ）。在庫ポジションが発注点以下なら、目標在庫との差を梱包単位Pack qtyの倍数へ切り上げてSuggest qtyを計算します。差が0なら補充候補0。予約が実棚を上回る負の在庫ポジションも不足として計算します。 ActionはReview reorder（補充候補を検討）、Enough stock（設定条件では候補0）、Refresh count（棚卸しが古い）、Complete inputs（不備あり）。古い棚卸し・未入力では候補数をn.a.と表示し、補充不要とは扱いません。許容日数ちょうどは有効、翌日からRefresh count。発注を実行したり、注文完了を判定するものではありません。 上部は一覧全体のSKU数・補充検討・候補なし・棚卸し更新・入力不備の件数。フィルターで表示行を絞っても全体集計を維持します。不正入力がある依存集計はn.a.。 1000行への拡張：ExcelでテーブルをA14:Q1014へ拡張。入力前にA114:K114をA115:K1014へコピーし、入力規則・SKU文字列書式・色を継承します。次にL114:Q1014を選択しCtrl+Dで数式を下方向コピー。入力範囲A15:K1014。1000件超では参照式を別途変更してください。 公開前検証：Artifact Toolの独立期待値・入力変更・欠損/0/不正値・日付境界・重複/特殊文字SKU・丸め・在庫不足・古い棚卸し・保存再読込。Microsoft Excel16.0/Windowsでも再計算し、並べ替え・フィルター、実配布物から1000行拡張、最終行の入力規則・条件付き書式、保存再読込を検証。全1シート目視、数式エラー0。メタデータ除去後の最終XLSXをExcelで読み取り専用再読込。 制限：手入力の在庫スナップショットによる簡易補充計画。入出庫取引台帳、発注・入荷連携、需要予測・季節変動、複数拠点集約、単位換算、消費期限/ロット管理、原価/税計算、通知・外部連携・マクロは含みません。数量は整数単位、日平均使用量のみ小数可。入力条件に応じた候補で、欠品防止や経済最適発注を保証しません。英語セル、日本語ガイド付き。配布ブックは入力空欄、商品画像は架空例。Excel Mac/Web、Google Sheets、LibreOfficeは未検証。 1事業内の利用・改変可。テンプレート自体の外部再配布・再販売は禁止。LICENSE.txt参照。 ZIP: stock-reorder-planner-v0.1.0.zip Stock and Reorder Planner v0.1.0 Review stock position, reorder points and pack-rounded replenishment suggestions in one manually maintained worksheet. Set Team / store, manual Review date and Max age in days (initial14, an editable planning assumption). Enter one unique text SKU per amber A:K row: SKU, Item, Count date, On hand, Reserved, On order, Daily use, Lead days, Safety qty, Review days and Pack qty. L:Q calculate. IDs ignore letter case and compare *, ? and ~ literally. Whitespace-only/numeric/duplicate IDs are invalid; spaces within text are significant. On-hand/reserved/on-order/safety quantities are whole0..1000000; explicit0 differs from missing. Daily use allows decimals0..1000000. Lead time0..3650days, review interval1..3650days, pack quantity1..1000000, all integers. Count date must be valid and on/before review. Maximum count age0..3650days; adapt the default14days to your workflow. Stock position=on hand-reserved+on order. Reorder point=round up(daily use x lead days+safety). Target=round up(daily use x(lead days+review days)+safety). If position<=point, positive target shortage is rounded up to a pack-size multiple. Zero shortage yields0. Reservations greater than on-hand create a valid negative position. Old counts or missing/invalid prerequisites show n.a. rather than implying no reorder. Age equal to the limit is valid; older counts need refresh. Actions: Review reorder, Enough stock, Refresh count, Complete inputs. Suggestions do not place orders or certify completed purchases. Whole-list summary counts remain unchanged by display filters. Invalid rows/date settings make affected summaries n.a. Extend to1000rows in Excel: resize table to A14:Q1014. Before entering data, copy A114:K114 into A115:K1014 to preserve validation, text SKU formatting and colors. Select L114:Q1014 and Fill Down(Ctrl+D). Input A15:K1014; never overwrite formulas. Above1000 requires reference changes. Independent Artifact Tool and Microsoft Excel16.0/Windows tests cover input changes, missing/zero/invalid data, date endpoints, literal/duplicate SKUs, rounding, shortage and stale counts, sort/filter, actual1000-row expansion from deliverable with final-row validation/reactive colors, and save/reopen. One sheet visually reviewed, zero formula errors. Final metadata-sanitized XLSX reopened read-only in Excel. Manual inventory snapshots, not a transaction ledger. No order/receipt integration, demand forecasting/seasonality, multi-location consolidation, unit conversion, expiry/lot control, costing/taxes, alerts, external integrations or macros.
