こちらの項目はご注文いただいた後にBOOTHメッセージにて風船の色とインク色を指定していただく、連絡が必要なオーダーメイド形式での注文項目となります。 取り扱っている風船の種類につきましては、最新の数量限定項目をご参照下さい。なお輸入品につき、無地風船が不足した場合すぐに印刷が出来ない場合があります。
【郵便局留めについて】
郵便局留めを希望される方は「住所欄の末尾」「お名前欄」もしくは「注文後のBOOTHメッセージ」にて、局留めを希望される郵便局名を記してください。 記された郵便局名を元にネット検索をかけ、日本郵政ホームページに記載されている住所情報を元に記載・発送を行います。 なお、あいまいな郵便局名の場合は検索時に郵便局が複数ヒットする場合があります。確実にお届けするために記入いただく郵便局名は一度ネット検索をかけ、必ず１つに特定出来る状態かご確認下さい。不安な場合は該当郵便局の郵便番号を郵便局名と一緒に併記して下さい。 【重要】なお、住所欄を郵便局の住所とすることでご購入さまの住所を秘匿する形での注文も可能ではあります。ですが、せいらさん工房は原則として匿名・秘匿をしてのやり取りは行っておりませんので、何度も繰り返される場合は以降のご注文をお断りさせていただく場合もありますので予めご了承下さい。 BOOTHメッセージで郵便局留めへの変更をご希望される方は第一次制作受付締め切り前(おおよそ受け付け開始日から51時間後の(おもに)月曜日23:59まで)にお伝え下さい。 また、過去作注文時で「◎のみの注文」の場合は、なるべくすぐにBOOTHメッセージをお願いいたします(気付いて即発送作業に入ることがあるため)。
【ご注文品の総量がレターパックライト１通に収まらない場合について】
レターパックライトでの配送は「厚さ3cmまで」となっています。そのため、たくさんご注文いただいてこの厚さ制限を超える可能性がある場合は、レターパックライトを２通使用しての分割配送を行う場合があります。 また、それ以上の注文量(レタパラ３通以上が必須)となった場合、レターパックライトからヤマト運輸での宅急便に切り替える場合もあります。(郵便局留め指定の場合はゆうパック) いずれの場合も追加の送料についてはせいらさん工房で負担しての配送となります。 また逆に、複数回のご注文品を１通のレターパックライトにまとめて送付する場合は、余分にお預かりしたレタパラ代の代わりとしてQL16"Rサイズを１つ同封することで相殺をさせていただいています。(応援額やBOOSTなどにより他の風船になる場合もあり) これらは予告なく行う場合もありますので、(たくさんの注文をされる方は特に)予めご了承下さい。
