■ 利用可能範囲
本商品は、個人利用の範囲内で自由に改変してご利用いただけます。 また、以下の利用を許可します。 ・VRChat等での利用 ・配信、動画投稿での利用（収益化含む） ※可能な範囲でクレジット表記をお願いいたします（詳細は「クレジット表記について」をご確認ください） ・写真展、雑誌等への掲載 ※可能な範囲でクレジット表記をお願いいたします（詳細は「クレジット表記について」をご確認ください） ・スクリーンショット投稿 ・BOOTH商品ページのサムネイル、テスター画像、紹介画像等への使用 ※本商品がメイン商品ではない場合は「別商品であること」を明記してください ※可能な範囲で商品URLまたはショップページURLの記載をお願いいたします ・他アセットとの組み合わせ ・AIを使用した画像加工、レタッチ、イラスト化 ・ギフト企画での使用 ※商品URLまたはショップページURLの記載をお願いいたします
■ 配信・動画投稿について
以下のプラットフォームでの使用を許可します（収益化含む）。 ・YouTube ・Twitch ・TikTok ・AfricaTV ・その他動画・配信サービス 配信・動画投稿で使用する場合は、可能な範囲でクレジット表記をお願いいたします。 また、必要に応じてBOOTHメッセージにて配信アカウントURLをご連絡いただく場合があります。
■ 商用利用について
以下の用途については、事前にお問い合わせください。 ・グッズ制作 / 販売 ・企業案件 ・商用ゲーム開発 ・商業作品への組み込み利用 ・その他大規模な営利利用 内容によっては許可できない場合があります。
■ 禁止事項
以下の行為を禁止します。 1. 本データの全部または一部の再配布、再販売、共有 2. 購入者以外が利用可能な状態でのアップロード （VRChat等でのPublicアップロードを含む） 3. 本商品に含まれるモデル、テクスチャ、マテリアル、Prefab等の無断転載・無断配布 4. 本商品の一部を使用した制作物の再販売 （改変の有無を問わず、テクスチャを含む） 5. コミッション依頼等において、依頼者または製作者のいずれかが未購入状態での利用 6. 政治活動、宗教活動、誹謗中傷、違法行為への利用 7. 本商品の著しくイメージを損なう利用 8. AI学習への利用 （詳細は「AI利用について」を参照）
■ AI利用について
✅許可される利用 本商品を使用して撮影したスクリーンショットや動画に対して、以下のAI利用を許可します。 ・AIレタッチ ・AIノイズ除去 ・AIアップスケール ・AI色調補正 ・AIイラスト化 ・AI動画加工 生成・加工後の画像や動画内に、本商品の外観情報（形状・色・質感・装飾等）が含まれることも問題ありません。 --- 🚫禁止される利用 以下のAI利用を禁止します。 ・本データそのものを用いたAI学習 ・LoRA作成 ・追加学習 ・AIモデル作成 ・データセット作成 ・本商品のデザインや構成を再現・模倣する目的での利用 また、本商品または本商品を利用した画像・動画を使用し、類似モデル、類似アクセサリー、類似素材等を生成・販売・配布する行為を禁止します。
■ 正規購入・サポートについて
BOOTH正規販売ページ以外から入手したデータに関するサポート・お問い合わせには一切対応いたしません。 また、不正アップロード、海賊版配布、不正利用等が確認された場合、必要に応じて法的措置を講じる場合があります。 BOOTHギフト機能等により正規に受け取ったユーザーについては、購入者として扱います。
■ お問い合わせについて
本商品に関するお問い合わせは、ご購入時のBOOTHアカウントよりご連絡ください。 その際、確認のため「注文番号」を必ずご記載ください。 また、正規購入確認のため、必要に応じて以下の情報をご提示いただく場合があります。 ・BOOTH注文履歴（注文番号が確認できる画面） ・ギフトで受け取った場合は、BOOTHギフトライブラリーにて本商品がダウンロード可能であることが分かるスクリーンショット 正規ルートでの購入確認が取れない場合、サポート対応ができない場合があります。

STUDiO iNoRi作品を用いた、ファンアート、スクリーンショット投稿、動画制作等は歓迎しております。 また、SNS等への投稿も歓迎しております。 ハッシュタグ「#studio_inori」を付けていただけると大変嬉しいです。 ただし、以下の内容は禁止します。 ・誹謗中傷目的での利用 ・政治 / 宗教活動への利用 ・違法行為への利用 ・公序良俗に反する利用 ・公式作品と誤認される表現
■ 免責事項
本商品の利用によって発生した損害・トラブルについて、制作者は責任を負いません。 また、本商品は予告なく仕様変更・販売停止・価格変更を行う場合があります。

Redistribution, resale, or sharing of this product in whole or in part 2. Uploading the product in a way that allows use by non-purchasers (Including public uploads on VRChat or similar platforms) 3. Unauthorized redistribution or reposting of included models, textures, materials, prefabs, etc. 4. Selling creations that include any part of this product (Including modified versions and textures) 5. Use in commissions where either the client or creator has not purchased the product 6. Use for political activity, religious activity, harassment, illegal activity, or defamatory purposes 7. Use that significantly damages the image or reputation of this product 8. AI training use (See the “AI Usage” section below) --- ■ AI Usage ■ Permitted AI Usage The following AI-assisted uses are allowed for screenshots and videos created using this product: ・AI retouching ・AI noise reduction ・AI upscaling ・AI color correction ・AI illustration generation ・AI video processing It is also acceptable for generated or edited images/videos to contain the visual appearance of this product, including shapes, colors, textures, and decorations. --- ■ Prohibited AI Usage The following AI-related uses are prohibited: ・Using the original data itself for AI training ・LoRA creation ・Additional model training ・AI model creation ・Dataset creation ・Using this product to recreate or imitate its design or structure Additionally, generating, distributing, or selling similar models, accessories, or assets using this product or media containing this product is prohibited. --- ■ Legitimate Purchase & Support We do not provide support or respond to inquiries regarding data obtained outside the official BOOTH distribution page. If unauthorized uploads, piracy, or illegal use are discovered, legal action may be taken when necessary. Users who received the product legitimately through the BOOTH Gift function are considered valid purchasers. --- ■ Support & Inquiries Please contact us using the BOOTH account that purchased the product.
