This page is the official posting and distribution point for the Terms of Use that apply commonly to all VRoid Studio products distributed by LostInKanji on BOOTH. By purchasing or downloading any of these products, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. Please review them before purchase. ■ Scope All apparel designs (textures / 2D image data) for VRoid Studio distributed by LostInKanji, including distribution in VRoid custom item format and XWear format. ■ Summary (the authoritative text is the PDF below) - Commercial & streaming use — OK (incl. monetized streams, sponsored work) - Modification (recolor, adjustment, compositing) — OK, for personal use - Use on your own avatar / VRM export / fitting to your avatar — OK - Sexual & violent expression — OK, subject to proper zoning (see Special Provisions) - Credit — not required (appreciated) - Redistribution or resale of the data itself (texture or packaged file, incl. free) — NOT permitted ■ Special Provisions (override all other conditions) - The Data is apparel design for VRoid Studio, distributed as texture and/or in VRoid custom item / XWear formats. Any mesh, bones, or rigging contained in the XWear format derive from VRoid Studio's standard features, were not created by LostInKanji, and are governed separately by the VRoid Studio terms. LostInKanji's rights, and this license, cover the apparel design (texture). - When using this data for sensitive expression, you may not represent or imply that LostInKanji produced, supervised, or endorsed such expression. ■ Updates Changes to these Terms are announced by posting on this page. If you continue to use the data, please check this page periodically within reason.
