量販モデル利用規約 本モデルは、TsuyuriNana が制作・販売する量販型Live2Dモデルです。 キャラクターデザインおよび原画の著作権は、原作者 X @killoive に帰属します。 本モデルを購入・使用した時点で、以下の利用規約に同意したものとみなします。 1. モデルおよびサポートについて 本モデルは、複数の購入者に繰り返し販売される量販モデルです。 本モデルは VTube Studio 上での動作のみを保証しております。VTube Studioの操作方法や設定方法等に関する個別のサポート・操作案内は行っておりません。ご自身でソフトの使用方法をご確認ください。 本モデルはデジタル商品であるため、購入後の返品・返金には対応しておりません。 2. 使用者およびモデルデータについて 本モデルは、原則として購入者本人のみが使用できます。 他のプラットフォーム・アカウントで使用する場合は、事前に TsuyuriNana へ使用するアカウントまたはIDの登録を行ってください。 モデルデータの転売、再配布、再アップロード、第三者への譲渡・貸与・共有、不特定多数が利用できる状態にする行為を禁止します。 許可なく、モデルデータを第三者のサービスやプラットフォームへアップロードすることも禁止します。 3. 商用利用について 本モデルは、ライブ配信、動画制作、動画投稿、その他のコンテンツ制作およびそれらに伴う収益化に使用できます。 本モデルを使用した配信・動画・コンテンツ等によって得られた収益は、すべて購入者に帰属します。 4. キャラクターデザインおよび二次創作について キャラクターデザインは、二次創作、各種制作依頼、グッズ制作等に使用することができます。 ただし、本Live2Dモデルそのもの、モデルデータ、またはモデルから抽出した素材を直接グッズ制作に使用することは禁止します。 キャラクターデザインの著作権は原作者 X @killoive に帰属します。キャラクターデザインを使用した二次創作を行う場合は、原作者が定める利用規約等についても遵守してください。 5. モデル・テクスチャの改変について モデルの元データ、テクスチャファイル等を直接編集・改変・差し替え・再配布することは禁止します。 ただし、VTube Studio 等のソフトウェアに搭載されている機能を使用した色調変更、カラー調整、フィルター等の利用は可能です。 6. AI利用について 本モデルの原画、モデルのスクリーンショット、モデル素材およびその他の関連素材を、AI学習、AI生成、AI解析、データセット作成、その他これらに類するAI関連の用途に使用することを禁止します。 また、許可なく上記の素材をAI処理を目的としたサービス・プラットフォームへアップロードすることも禁止します。 7. 契約・本人確認等への利用について 本モデルを、契約書等への署名、本人確認、身元確認、実名認証、年齢確認、その他本人確認を目的とする用途に使用することを禁止します。 8. 違法行為への利用について 本モデルを、日本国内またはその他適用される法令・規則に違反する行為に使用することを禁止します。 本モデルの使用によって発生した違法行為およびそれに伴う責任・損害・トラブルについては、使用者本人が責任を負うものとします。 9. 規約違反について 本モデルを購入・使用することにより、本規約のすべての内容に同意したものとみなします。 本規約への違反が確認された場合、TsuyuriNanaは、事前の通知なく本モデルの使用許諾を無条件で取り消すことができます。 この場合、返金は行いません。 著作権その他の権利を侵害する重大な違反が確認された場合、損害賠償を請求するとともに、必要に応じて法的措置を講じる場合があります。 10. 著作権について 本モデル、キャラクターデザインおよび関連素材は、著作権その他の法令により保護されています。 無断での使用、複製、転売、再配布、盗用、過度な模倣等を禁止します。 悪質な権利侵害が確認された場合、必要に応じて法的措置を行います。 本モデルを購入・使用した時点で、本規約を読み、内容を理解したうえで同意したものとみなします。 ⸻ Terms of Use for Mass-Produced Live2D Model This model is a mass-produced Live2D model created and sold by TsuyuriNana. The copyright of the character design and original artwork belongs to the original artist, X @killoive. By purchasing or using this model, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. 1. Model & Support This is a mass-produced model that may be sold repeatedly to multiple customers. The model is guaranteed to function properly only in VTube Studio. No individual technical support or tutorials regarding the operation or setup of VTube Studio will be provided. Users are responsible for learning how to use the software themselves. As this is a digital product, all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. 2. User & Model Files The model is intended for use by the original purchaser only. If you wish to use the model on another platform or account, you must register the relevant account or ID with TsuyuriNana in advance. Reselling, redistributing, re-uploading, transferring, lending, sharing, or otherwise making the model files available to third parties is strictly prohibited. Uploading the model files to third-party services or platforms without permission is also prohibited. 3. Commercial Use The model may be used for livestreaming, video production, video uploads, content creation, and monetized activities. Any income generated through livestreams, videos, or other content using the model belongs entirely to the purchaser. 4. Character Design & Derivative Works The character design may be used for derivative works, commissioned works, and the production of merchandise. However, the Live2D model itself, model data, or assets extracted from the model may not be directly used to produce merchandise. The copyright of the character design remains with the original artist, X @killoive. When creating derivative works based on the character design, please also comply with any applicable terms set by the original artist. 5. Model & Texture Modification Directly editing, modifying, replacing, or redistributing the original model data, texture files, or other source files is prohibited. However, color adjustments, color changes, filters, and similar adjustments made using functions provided by software such as VTube Studio are permitted. 6. AI Usage The original artwork, model screenshots, model assets, and other related materials may not be used for AI training, AI generation, AI analysis, dataset creation, or any other similar AI-related purposes. Uploading such materials to services or platforms for AI processing without permission is also prohibited. 7. Contracts & Identity Verification The model may not be used for signing contracts, identity verification, authentication, real-name verification, age verification, or any other purpose involving personal identity verification. 8. Illegal Activities The model must not be used for any activities that violate applicable laws or regulations in Japan or any other relevant jurisdiction. The user is solely responsible for any legal consequences, damages, or disputes resulting from illegal or prohibited use of the model. 9. Violation of Terms By purchasing or using this model, you agree to all of the terms stated above. If a violation of these terms is confirmed, TsuyuriNana reserves the right to revoke the user’s license to use the model without prior notice and without refund. In cases of serious violations involving infringement of copyright or other rights, TsuyuriNana may seek compensation for damages and take appropriate legal action when necessary. 10. Copyright This model, the character design, and all related materials are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, resale, redistribution, appropriation, or excessive imitation is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken in cases of serious infringement when necessary. By purchasing or using this model, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
