##利用規約##
オリジナル3Dモデル『ミーナ』 制作者：Tuuga 本モデルを購入した時点で本利用規約に同意したものとします。 利用規約の内容は変更する場合があり、最新のものが適用されます。 ----------------------------------------------------------------- ・モデル改造は自由です。 ・本モデル、改造モデル著作権はTuugaに帰属するものとします。 ・本モデル、改造モデルのVRChat等モデルデータをアップロードし、アバターとして使用するサービスへの使用を許可します。 ・上記サービスで購入者本人以外が、アバターを使用できるようにする行為を禁止します。 ※VRChatのペデスタルへの使用は購入者以外が使用できるようになるので禁止です。 ・本モデル、改造モデルの再配布、販売を禁じます。 ・本モデル、改造モデルを使用したバーチャルYoutuber等の活動を許可します。 収益化等は制限いたしません。 ※バーチャルYoutuber等の活動には、グッツ作成、雑誌掲載も含まれます。 ※無改造モデルでのグッツ展開は公式と誤認する可能性があるためご遠慮ください。 ・本モデル、改造モデルを制作物のサンプル等で使用して、バーチャルマーケット、 VEXPO等の第三者に制作物をアップロードするイベントに参加する場合はTuugaまで一度ご連絡をお願いします。 ・本モデル、改造モデルをゲーム、アニメーション、アプリに使用することを許可します。 収益化等は制限いたしません。 モデルデータとして再度使用できる状態のデータが含まれる場合は使用を禁止します。 ・モデルを使用する際にクレジットを記載する必要はありません。 ・R-18・R-18Gへの利用は制限しませんが、住み分けはしっかり行ってください。 ・政治、宗教活動、他者に対する誹謗中傷目的での使用を禁止します。 ・本モデル、改造モデルを使用することによって生じた何らかのトラブル、損失に対しTuugaは一切責任を負わないものとします。 ・翻訳の都合上日本語の利用規約と英語の利用規約に差異が出た場合日本語が正しいものとします。 ----------------------------------------------------------------- 制定日：2019年03月10日 その他不明点等がありましたら以下に連絡ください。 Twitter：@Tuuga_vr Email：tugatuuga@gmail.com Discord：Tuuga#6164

Original 3D model "Mena" Producer: Tuuga We agree to these terms of service at the time of purchasing this model. The contents of the terms of service may be changed, and the latest one will be applied. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ・ Remodeling this model is free. ・ Copyright of this model and the remodeled model shall be attributed to Tuuga. ・ We allow uploading model data of this model and the remodeled model to a service such as VRChat and using as an avatar. ・ We prohibit using this model and the remodeled model except purchasers. Example: Making this model and the remodeled model available as a public avatar such as making an avatar pedestal in VRChat is forbidden. ・ Redistribution and sale this model and the remodeled model are prohibited. ・ We allow using this model and the remodeled model to do activities such as virtual Youtuber. It does not prohibit such as monetization too. ・ If you participate to the event such as virtual market and VEXPO and exhibit this model and the remodeled model, please contact Tuuga once. ・ We allow using this model and the remodeled model for games, animation, and applications. It does not prohibit such as monetization too.
