このアイテムは主にVRChatコンテンツで使用されるワールド・アバターモデルのテクスチャー改変に使用することを想定しています。 利用に際し、当データ単体での商用利用でなければクレジット表記・報告等は一切必要ありません。 また、VRChatに限らずイラスト等でループ素材としてご使用頂いても問題ありません。 レイヤー機能の使用可能なペイントソフト（Photoshop.CLIP STUDIO.等）で当データを取り込み、良い感じに位置を調整してご利用ください。 テクスチャは4種類、黒黄のものと、黄黒のものがそれぞれ２枚づつです。任意でお好きなものを使用してください。 黒黄と黄黒を上下に繋げると図柄の幅をそのままに幅広にすることができます。 ― 注意 ― 上下方向を黒黄と黄黒でそのまま並べると接合面が１ドット分ズレます。 １ドット分テクスチャを重なるようにすると綺麗なります。 有償版と無償版の内容物の差異はありません。 ・本データ著作権は作者「シレーヌ」に帰属します。 ・本データ単体での再配布・転売行為は原則禁止です。 当データを組み込んだアバターモデル等の再配布、販売は使途先モデル規約に準拠します。 (要するに再配布NGモデルに組み込んで再配布はNG、再配布OKのモデルテクスチャに組み込んでの再配布はOK) 当テクスチャデータを主体としない形で使用した自作モデルの販売は問題ありません。 DLしたデータを本人以外の使用を目的とした作成・セットアップ・改変の代行をして個人間で無償譲渡する場合は許可します。 VRChat等3Dアバター利用コンテンツでのペデスタル等パブリックモデルへの使用はOKです。 ・改変 自由です。色や図柄など自由に改変してご利用ください。 ※ 形式的には日本のJIS（日本産業規格）にて黒黄の幅が同じで角度が斜め45度と定められています ※ 本データを改変したものの著作権も原則シレーヌに帰属します。 ・免責 本データを使用することによって生じた、いかなるトラブルや損害についてもシレーヌは責任を負わないものとします。 不具合等ありましたらシレーヌのTwitterへDMかリプライをお願いします。 Twitter：@SireneSonCat

This item is intended to be used primarily for texture modification of world/avatar models used in VRChat content. No credit notation or reporting is required for use of this data unless it is for commercial use by itself. You may also use this data as a looping material for illustrations, etc., as well as for VRChat. Please use paint software (Photoshop, CLIP STUDIO, etc.) that can use the layer function to import this data and adjust the position of the data to your liking. There are four kinds of textures, two each of black and yellow and two each of yellow and black. Please use any one you like. If you connect the black-and-yellow and yellow-and-black textures vertically, you can make the pattern wider without changing its width. - Caution - Use two pieces of black and yellow for the top and bottom directions, respectively. If you use black and yellow in the top and bottom direction, the joining surface will be shifted by one dot. If you overlap the texture by one dot, it will look better. The copyright of this data belongs to the author "Sirene". Redistribution and resale of this data by itself is prohibited in principle. Redistribution and sale of avatar models incorporating this data are subject to the modeling terms and conditions of the intended recipient. (In other words, redistribution by incorporating the data into a model for which redistribution is not allowed is not allowed, while redistribution by incorporating the data into a model texture for which redistribution is allowed is allowed.) There is no problem with selling models created by yourself that use this texture data in a form that is not the main subject of the model. Transferring DLed data between individuals free of charge by creating, setting up, or modifying the data on behalf of someone other than the person using the data is permitted. Use of pedestals and other public models for 3D avatar content such as VRChat is permitted. Modification Free to do so. You are free to alter the colors, designs, etc., as you like. Formally, the Japanese JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) stipulate that the width of the black and yellow should be the same and the angle should be 45 degrees diagonally.
