By accessing and using the Model, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Model. License Grant: 1.1 The Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Model solely for your personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement. 1.2 The license granted under this Agreement does not permit you to sell, transfer, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make the Model available to any third party without explicit written permission from the Provider. 1.3 You may modify the Model to suit your specific needs, but you may not claim ownership or authorship of the original Model. Intellectual Property Rights: 2.1 The Model and all associated intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are and will remain the sole property of the Provider. 2.2 You acknowledge that the Provider retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Model, and this Agreement does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights in the Model. Permitted Use and Restrictions: 3.1 You may use the Model in compliance with applicable laws and this Agreement. 3.2 You may not use the Model for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to infringing any third-party intellectual property rights, violating any applicable laws or regulations, or engaging in any activity that may cause harm to others or the Provider. 3.3 You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Model.
