Overview
AI Invention Creation QUICK is an English-language, structured invention development workflow designed for use with ChatGPT. It supports technical problem identification, invention candidate generation and evaluation, risk review, and preparation of structured invention documentation. The workflow follows eight stages: Q0 → Q1 → Q2 → Q2.5 → Q3 → Q4 → Decision Gate → Q5 Important decisions require explicit user approval. AI-generated suggestions are not automatically treated as verified technical facts.
What You Receive
The core product package contains exactly two files: 1 Customer Startup Instructions.pdf — guided workflow and startup instructions. 2 Structured Blank Workbook.xlsx — structured Excel workbook. To begin, upload these two files to a new ChatGPT conversation and follow the startup instructions. A separate How to Use guide provides setup guidance. Completed workbooks, reports and other session outputs are generated during use, subject to successful execution. They are not pre-completed files included in the original download.
30-User Organizational License
This license permits up to 30 designated users within one Licensed Organization. For a company, the license covers one identified legal entity. For a university, the license covers one named university, including its departments, faculties, graduate schools and campuses. Authorized university users may include faculty, staff, enrolled students and formally accepted researchers. The 30-user limit applies to designated users, not simultaneous ChatGPT sessions. The purchasing organization manages its own user assignments and may reassign a license seat after the previous user has ceased using the product. No dedicated authentication server or DRM is provided. Separate universities, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, research partners and other external organizations are not automatically covered.
Permitted and Restricted Uses
Permitted uses include internal R&D, research, invention development, education and preparation for the organization's own patent filings. Genuine joint or sponsored research in which the Licensed Organization participates as a research party is permitted. Research results and completed work products may be shared with authorized collaborators, sponsors, patent professionals or other appropriate recipients. Prohibited: using QUICK to provide invention creation, invention development or intellectual property consulting services to third-party clients, whether paid or unpaid. External research partners do not acquire the right to operate QUICK or receive its blank templates unless separately licensed or expressly authorized. Redistribution, resale or sublicensing of the original QUICK materials is prohibited.
Requirements
1 A separately obtained ChatGPT account with suitable file-upload and file-generation capabilities for each user. 2 Microsoft Excel for working with the structured workbook. 3 A compatible PDF and XLSX environment. Native Excel for Mac testing has been conducted. All operating systems, Excel editions and future AI model versions are not guaranteed to be compatible. ChatGPT accounts, Excel licenses, patent searches and professional services are not included.
Updates and Support
If same-product updates are released, they are intended to be available to existing purchasers through BOOTH without an additional same-product update charge, subject to platform availability. No specific update frequency, maintenance term or permanent future-model compatibility is guaranteed. A separately paid upgrade from 30-User to Ultimate may be offered in the future, but it is not currently available and is not included with this purchase.
