My own template, VRChat SDK only. ■ ミシェラ本体は含まれません / Michella is NOT included ■ 購入前に無料レポート Michella_Stats をどうぞ (10言語) / Read the free Michella_Stats report before buying (10 languages) 日本語 / English / 中文 / 한국어 / Русский / Español / Français / Bahasa Melayu / हिन्दी / العربية ■ 不具合・質問 / Bugs, questions: Discord mustar22 / mustar4231@gmail.com Michella / オリジナル3Dモデル『ミシェラ』 by CEM DOLLS: https://booth.pm/en/items/8916626 デモ動画 / Demo video: https://youtu.be/fPGB_iy_bqk 制作を快諾してくださった CEM DOLLS さまに感謝します。/ Thanks to CEM DOLLS for the green light. For the face tracking, the VRChat SDK (Avatars 3.x) is all you need. No VRCFT template. Plus a face tracker that sends VRCFT Unified Expressions v2. 63 face tracking blendshapes: 30 sculpted for her face + 23 mixes built from her own shapes + 10 left/right halves. Gaze on her real eye bones. The patch re-seats the eye pivots on your copy, so the iris travels about 12 mm sideways and 10 mm up or down and the eye white never leaves the eye. The eyes react to your face: a smile smiles in the eyes, lowered brows glare, looking down lowers the lids. 10 tongue poses, each a complete pose slimmed to fit her small mouth, so blends never fall apart. 0 bit。 ・Stop Motion: the face holds a pose, then jumps 8 times a second. 0 bits. Voice-driven mouth: snaps between poses, sized by how loud you are, on top of the tracked mouth. With Lip Tracking off, the voice is the whole mouth. ・11 emotes (cat eyes, teary eyes, sparkle, tears, blue face, white eyes, shock, hoppe, blush, dizzy, hearts). Each one its own menu toggle, off by default. Tick the ones you want in the patcher, 1 bit each. ・Living eyes: viewers see tiny natural eye flicks. Costs 0 bits. Freeze (everyone sees it), 7 sensitivity dials, a wrist button for the panel. Hand gesture expressions start off (menu toggle), so they never pile on your tracked face. The patcher ticks each feature on or off and shows its bit cost live. 彼女自身の FX は約 0.10 ms): Animator cost added on top of her own FX, per frame, measured in Unity (her own FX is about 0.10 ms): ・フル / Full: 自分 / You +0.80 ms, 他の人から見て / Viewers +0.75 ms ・ライト / Light: 自分 / You +0.33 ms, 他の人から見て / Viewers +0.30 ms ・参考 Adjerry テンプレート (同じ方法、Lunary で計測) / For reference, Adjerry's template, same method, measured on Lunary: +0.47 ms / +0.65 ms ・数字はすべて自己申告です :') / All of these are self-reported, the irony is real :') 同期 / Sync bits: フル / Full 219 / 256, ライト / Light 187 / 256. Full leaves 37 bits free, Light leaves 69, for your other gimmicks. / Why my own template? Your smoothing is synced. Whatever you pick (Off / 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 30 ms / Stop Motion), viewers see you the same way. Costs 3 bits. Frame-rate exact smoothing. Feels the same at 72 fps and at 120. Viewers glide between packets timed to the measured network rate, so less stepping. Zero dependencies, non-destructive. The patch goes on an _FT copy, the original stays hidden and untouched. Built in when you patch, so uploads are quick. Built in: in-world calibration, and a debug panel with raw vs smoothed values, a gaze map, FPS and sync rate. Her "Face" expression menu is removed on the _FT copy, tracking owns the face. Backlit stays. Her own auto-blink pauses while Eye Tracking is on (blinks come from your tracker). It comes back when Eye Tracking is off. Lip sync on the copy runs through my layer. Uninstall puts her own setting back. Tune dials reset when the avatar resets. / Working on it (tried baking at upload, live reads). _ Michella by CEM DOLLS.
