AI Invention Creation QUICK — Ultimate License (Unlimited Users) Guided Invention Development Workflow for Use with ChatGPT Price: JPY 898,000 (tax included)
Overview
Overview AI Invention Creation QUICK is an English-language, structured invention development workflow designed for use with ChatGPT. It supports technical problem identification, invention candidate generation and evaluation, risk assessment, and structured documentation for research and invention development. The workflow follows eight stages: Q0 → Q1 → Q2 → Q2.5 → Q3 → Q4 → Decision Gate → Q5 Users explicitly approve important decisions. The workflow records unresolved uncertainties rather than treating AI-generated conclusions as verified facts.
What You Receive
The core product package contains exactly two files: 1 Customer Startup Instructions.pdf — guided workflow and startup instructions. 2 Structured Blank Workbook.xlsx — structured Excel workbook. Upload these two files to a new ChatGPT conversation to begin. A separate How to Use guide provides setup instructions. Completed workbooks, 28-section reports and other session outputs are generated during use, subject to successful execution. They are not included as pre-completed download files.
Ultimate Organizational License — Unlimited Users
This license permits an unlimited number of authorized users within one Licensed Organization. For companies, the license covers one identified legal entity. For universities, it covers one named university, including its faculties, departments, graduate schools and campuses. Authorized users may include faculty, staff, enrolled students and formally accepted researchers. There is no numerical seat limit within that Licensed Organization. Unlimited Users does not mean unlimited organizations. Subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliated businesses, separately operated universities, independent research partners and other external legal entities are not automatically covered. Any extension beyond the Licensed Organization requires the seller's prior express written agreement. The Licensed Organization is responsible for controlling internal distribution and use of the product materials.
Permitted and Restricted Uses
Permitted uses include internal research and development, invention creation, engineering research, education, and preparation for the Licensed Organization's own patent applications. Genuine joint or sponsored research in which the Licensed Organization participates as a research party is permitted. The organization may use, share, publish, assign, license or otherwise exploit its lawfully generated research results and invention documents, subject to applicable rights and obligations. Prohibited: using QUICK to provide invention creation, invention development or intellectual property consulting services to third-party clients, whether paid or unpaid. The Ultimate License does not authorize operating QUICK for unrelated customers, transferring the original templates to external organizations, sublicensing the product, or reselling the materials.
