In VRoid, click the upper left menu (☰ symbol) > Import Custom Items

In VRoid, go to Outfits > Tops > Custom > Create > Dress (Pencil Skirt) Click "Edit Texture" Under Outfits > Layers, right click on layer > Import. Import texture file Under Skin Mask > click on layer, paint all black to white
