“Why are my skirt bones all oriented weirdly...?” “Guess I have to redo everything or fix them manually. It’s so over for me.” If you’re one of the many Blender users suffering from this exact problem, allow us to lend you a helping hand. ※ Now included with PhysBone AutoRig( https://ktjp.booth.pm/items/8741186 ) If you own PhysBone AutoRig, you can download SkirtBone RollFix for free from the product page. We highly recommend using them together! --- ◆ Give me the short version! SkirtBone RollFix is a Blender addon that automatically corrects the orientation of Armature bones—primarily skirt bones—into a radial layout for use with VRChat PhysBones. --- ◆ What is SkirtBone RollFix? A simple, slightly-handy Blender addon for VRChat PhysBones. It analyzes the selected armature bones and automatically adjusts their roll so that they face outward radially from the center (0, 0). It is also designed to be used alongside PhysBone AutoRig, particularly for adjusting bones automatically generated by it. --- ◆ Features Adjusting the orientation of skirt Armature bones created in Blender is as simple as: 1. Select all the bones you want to adjust. 2. Right-click or open the Armature menu. 3. Click once. That's it. The bone orientations are automatically corrected! Once imported into Unity, the result can be used immediately by simply adding a PhysBone component to the parent bone. And of course, you can undo the entire operation at any time with Ctrl+Z. --- ◆ How to Use 1. Enter Armature Edit Mode. 2. Select all the bones you want to adjust. 3. Make sure the center of your model is located at X=0, Y=0, and that the target bones are not positioned directly on the center axis. (The addon automatically detects whether a bone overlaps the center axis.) 4. From the Armature tab in the upper-left corner of the screen, or from the right-click menu, select “Radially Correct (Skirt) Bone Roll.” 5. The adjustment is automatically applied to all selected bones! What used to take tens of minutes—and could become an incredibly frustrating task if something went wrong—can now be finished by anyone in just a few minutes. --- ◆ Supported Versions Confirmed working: - Blender 4.1 - Blender 4.2 LTS - Blender 4.5 LTS Theoretically supported: - Blender 3.6 LTS - Blender 4.0 - Blender 4.3 - Blender 4.4 Blender 5.0 and later are not recommended and have not been tested, although the addon may still work. Operation on versions other than those confirmed above is not guaranteed. However, we will do our best to provide support to purchasers. ※ Works on Windows, macOS, Linux, and any other environment where Blender itself can run. --- ◆ Included - SkirtBone RollFix Blender addon - README / User Manual - 2 installation guide images (for Blender 4.1 and earlier / Blender 4.2 LTS and later) - LICENSE - 2 product description images --- ■ Terms of Use This add-on is a paid product sold by -2℃ Shop.
