Tri Remesh is a Blender add-on that rebuilds meshes such as avatar bodies as near-equilateral triangles laid over the original surface. Bone weights, shape keys, UVs and custom normals move to the new mesh, so it goes straight back onto the avatar and your original textures still fit without repainting. Use it to prepare a base for sculpting or detailed edits, for cloth and physics setups, or whenever you need an even polygon density.
