Product Code Rule Validator gives small sellers a way to check those codes in Excel before adding or updating product records. It compares entries against a code rules table, checking code length, prefixes, and prohibited characters. It also flags duplicates and possible gaps in numbering, so you know which entries need a closer look. Then you spot it: a code that looked perfectly ordinary is already in use.
