A contract was revised recently, another customer has special terms, and a familiar-looking price may no longer be the right one. The Contract vs. Invoice Unit Price Reconciliation workbook gives you a place to work through those details in Excel. It compares invoice line items with contract unit prices by customer, item, and applicable contract period, then shows the differences and the conditions that apply. You can review contract prices, billed prices, and effective dates together as you prepare the billing data for your final check.
