Forced-haircut manga — cut off her hair, then send her to the convent. Clarisse von Rosenheim, 21, is a duke's daughter and the crown prince's fiancée. Her waist-length platinum drill curls are the mark of a Rosenheim daughter, inherited from her late mother; every morning three maids curl them, and she pins in her mother's sapphire hair ornament. At the spring ball, Crown Prince Edgar dances the first waltz with Baron's daughter Lillian. Then, before the entire hall, he declares: "Clarisse von Rosenheim. As of tonight, our engagement is broken." False charges. Her father turns his back. She runs, and the guards bring her back. In the center of the ballroom, beneath the great chandelier, stands a crimson chair. The one ordered to carry out the sentence is Greta, the head maid Clarisse once scolded in front of everyone. Her curls are undone, and the great shears take her platinum hair from the right, from behind, from the left. A bob cut level above the ears, short blunt bangs reaching to the temples — and a hand clipper takes everything below the line down to the skin, all the way around. Lillian smiles from the front row. The duke's daughter kneels with her forehead to the marble, and is made to present her own cut hair. - Full color, 27 pages / 100 panels - Final style: a "convent bob" — a straight bob level above the ears, 0 mm clipped all around below the line, short wide blunt bangs - Art style: bright full-color anime CG - All characters are adults (18+); Clarisse is 21 - Non-sexual: no nudity — the story is about the haircut itself - Fiction: the kingdom and all characters are invented - Illustrations were created with the help of AI image generation.
