お仕事の依頼は下記メールまで ramaya08010801@gmail.com Cinema Screening Turnaround Time Checker When you are putting together a cinema's daily screening schedule, the gap between one screening ending and the doors opening for the next is a detail that deserves a closer look. This Excel workbook gives you a place to compare that gap with the turnaround time you have set, one screening at a time. Start with your source schedule. Enter the screen and business date, then add each screening's unique ID, film identifier, planned start date and time, and total screen occupancy in minutes, including trailers. For a screening with another session to follow, enter the next planned door-opening date and time and your required turnaround minutes. Keep a reference to the source schedule alongside each entry. The input fields and calculated results sit on the same worksheet. As you enter the details, the workbook displays the planned end time, available turnaround minutes, spare time or shortfall, and an interval assessment. For example, a 10:00 start with 120 minutes of occupancy ends at 12:00. If the next doors open at 12:15 and you need 20 minutes for turnaround, the table shows 15 minutes available and a 5-minute shortfall. If your source schedule changes the door-opening time to 12:25, updating that entry shows 25 minutes available, 5 minutes to spare, and no shortfall. The comparison uses the required minutes you enter. From there, review the figures and any input notices alongside your source schedule. Use full dates and times for screenings that cross midnight, and select the option for no next screening after the final session. When plans change, edit the existing row and add a short reason; you can also mark a screening as cancelled while keeping its entered details. Update the next-screening information on any affected earlier row as well, then review the results and save. This gives you a clear view of the planned intervals as you work through the day's schedule. Each workbook covers one screen and one business day, with 1,000 entry rows including two sample entries. Use it on Windows 11 with the Japanese-language Microsoft 365 desktop version of Excel, editing one person at a time. Enter dates and times to the minute, occupancy as whole minutes of at least 1, and required turnaround as whole minutes of 0 or more. Review the results on the Excel screen.
